"The tragedy of losing a young person to any accident, but especially one involving alcohol, has many painful and lasting efforts on the people who are left behind, and your film does a good job bringing that to light."

August.07

"SMASHED, a mock driving crash video from an 'interesting perspective,' was professionally filmed by the Lewiston Youth Advisory Council on August 23rd & 24th - now in editing stages. The group received a Bureau of Highway Safety grant for Via Vision of Lewiston to "shoot" their

work, and they also worked closely with Seth Roberts, Director of MADDOG Entertainment, Lewiston, in regards to production. Once editing is completed, LYAC will premiere the video & work with Roy's Driving Academy, Lewiston, to hopefully gain approval for the video to be utilized in driving academy curriculum statewide." <intro video> <pics>
